The Saint-Chamond was the second French heavy tank put into production and were manufactured between 1917 and 1918. And today on November 11th 2013 we take time to remember all those men of WW1, and all conflicts world wide, who have fallen in combat. We will remember them.

It has been a long time since the last update! Personally, I've been busy with... everything else. I think the same can be said for the rest of the mod team. Even so, we've been doing some stuff here and there, including the introduction of proper kepi models to the French infantry and Lebel rifles. The image here shows the new French general's kepi as well as a unit of Foreign Legion troops.

The previous Gotha texture was accidentally terminated in a computer switch one and a half years ago. This new texture (and its model) is here standing in for a general purely for demonstrational purposes, we've got some custom general models coming along as well.

Here is a look at the new reconnaissance plane for the Central Powers. The Taube was designed in 1909 by Igo Etrich of Austria-Hungary, and first flew in 1910. It was licensed for serial production by Lohner-Werke in Austria and by Edmund Rumpler in Germany. The design provided for very stable flight, which made it extremely suitable for observation. The translucent wings made it difficult for ground observers to detect a Taube at an altitude above 400 meters.
